The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings.

• "7cc" or "Platform" refers to the 7cc website, application, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on 7cc.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to funds placed to participate in any game or event.

• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) currency.

Registration and Eligibility Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.

• Transferring or selling an account to another person is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

VIP Program and Cashback

7cc's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers by staying regularly active and meeting specific criteria. The amount and schedule of cashback is determined by 7cc and is subject to change.

Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities or behavior are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or play games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with 7cc's systems or security measures.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
• Registering with a fake identity or false documents.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 7cc platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The following gaming rules apply to all members.

• Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 7cc will endeavor to compensate the user for any resulting loss.
• 7cc reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout made in error at a later time.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• 7cc is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues.

Sports Betting Terms

The following specific conditions apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events.

• The odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted and settled are considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, though exceptions may apply in accordance with the relevant rules.
• In live betting, odds can change rapidly; if the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the new odds will apply.
• For betting on BPL, IPL, T20, and international cricket events, the official result of the relevant event will be considered final.
• Any bet placed on an event found to be connected to match-fixing or corruption will be declared void and cancelled.
